RETURN POLICY

We get it — sometimes a scent just doesn’t vibe. If your full-size fragrance isn't the one, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it. (Samples, being tiny and curious by nature, are final sale.)

To begin a return, email us at liminalfragrances@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. You’ll cover return shipping, and once the bottle makes it safely back to Liminal HQ, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING

We currently ship across Canada and the USA, bringing scent to your doorstep wherever you may wander.

All orders are shipped using standard shipping via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx — whichever gets your fragrance to you safest and soonest.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your package’s fragrant journey home.

Please allow a little extra time during busy seasons — good things (and good smells) are worth the wait.
